eMandirs ("the Platform") is a free digital devotional experience. It is offered as-is, as a labour of love and faith. eMandirs is a technology platform, not a religious institution, temple trust, or spiritual authority. The Platform facilitates personal devotion but does not warrant any spiritual, religious, or metaphysical outcomes of any kind. The nature of divine grace belongs entirely to the realm of personal faith. By using eMandirs, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and at your own discretion.

The Platform is available to individuals aged 13 and above. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. eMandirs bears no liability for any loss arising from failure to protect your account. You agree to provide accurate information; accounts created with false details may be suspended without notice.

All contributions through eMandirs are entirely voluntary. All donations are final and non-refundable once processed via Razorpay. eMandirs does not hold the status of a registered charitable trust under the Income Tax Act, 1961, unless explicitly stated. No tax exemption under Section 80G should be assumed unless a certificate is specifically provided.

Donations of Rs.50,000 or above require a valid PAN as required by Indian income tax law. By making such a donation you consent to the retention of this information for statutory compliance purposes. eMandirs accepts no responsibility for payment gateway failures or technical errors during transactions.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory. eMandirs expressly disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

eMandirs does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The Platform may be unavailable at any time without notice or liability.

In no event shall eMandirs, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any intangible losses — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Platform.

All content on eMandirs — code, design, temple environments, animations, mantra text, katha narratives, audio, and interface — is the intellectual property of eMandirs and is protected under applicable law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial devotional use only. Reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any content is strictly prohibited.

eMandirs integrates with Google Firebase, Razorpay, Google Analytics, and Google AdSense. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. eMandirs accepts no responsibility for the practices or availability of any third-party service, nor does the presence of such services constitute an endorsement.

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended devotional purpose and in good faith. You shall not attempt unauthorised access, use automated scraping tools, submit malicious information, or take any action that could disrupt or damage the Platform. eMandirs reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

eMandirs may amend these Terms at any time by posting an update on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. Before formal proceedings, we invite resolution through good-faith dialogue at info@emandirs.com.
